Trainer Spotlight - Leigh Rizzo

Leigh began her internship with Rob Hudson in January 2012.  She received her certification in Personal Training from NASM and has an educational background in teaching.

Leigh subscribes to a combination of strength training and cardiovascular training.  She enjoys helping people new to strength training become comfortable with kettlebell, dumbbell, and barbell training.

Leigh takes appointments at our main location, and also at Meridian Hills Country Club.  She routinely fills in for the Adult Fitness Classes at FBD and at our corporate location downtown.  Teaching in a larger group setting is one of her many talents.

YOUTH FITNESS CLASSES


Our youth fitness class will help your child get fit. For those involved in sports, our emphasis on basic strength, agility, and endurance will keep them in shape during the off-season and improve their sports performance.
