Americans spend billions of dollars every year trying to deal with the pain. Ranging from slight discomfort to acute pain, a low back problem may result from the occasional “tweak” and overwork to more persistent chronic issues, it is frustrating, and takes the fun out of life.

One way to alleviate lower back issues is to improve flexibility and strength. Chad Distler, personal trainer at Fitness By Design, has developed a low back care & repair class to teach these exercises. Done regularly, these movements will result in better posture, greater endurance, and more energy.
