Fitness Boot Camp Class Information
Boot camp classes are comprised of 2 different styles of training. Mondays and Thursday are Functional Interval Training workouts. Tuesday and Friday are Strength and Power workouts.

POLICIES
- New boot camp clients must make an initial 3 months commitment. Payments divided over 3 months.(DOWNLOAD PAYMENT FORM)
- All clients are set-up on an automatic monthly billing plan.
- All classes must be used within the current session
- No carry-overs are allowed to the next session
- Make-ups are possible within the same session
