Fitness Boot Camp Class Information

Boot camp classes are comprised of 2 different styles of training. Mondays and Thursday are Functional Interval Training workouts. Tuesday and Friday are Strength and Power workouts.

*No additional charge for months with extra weeks.

POLICIES

  • New boot camp clients must make an initial 3 months commitment. Payments divided over 3 months.(DOWNLOAD PAYMENT FORM)
  • All clients are set-up on an automatic monthly billing plan.
  • All classes must be used within the current session
  • No carry-overs are allowed to the next session
  • Make-ups are possible within the same session
