Every BODY has different needs. You will not see generic programming at FBD.  Our goal is to give you a fitness program that motivates you and provides the results you want.  At Fitness by Design you will work harder, more consistently and more efficiently than you would on your own.

We know from years of experience that to get results you have to show up.  Our small group personal training and Elite One-on-One Packages include full gym access with program design for those times that you can’t make it to your scheduled appointment. In addition you get Unlimited Fitness Classes in our group space.  There is NEVER a reason to miss a workout!

Each program begins with a personal consultation.  Here the trainer will get to know you better, discussing with you, in-depth, your health history, exercise history, nutrition history and fitness goals.  After the consultation, your fitness consultant will recommend the best program to fit your abilities and goals.
