Fitness by Design

Fitness By Design’s youth fitness program is designed for kids ages 11-15. Great for those involved in soccer, baseball, softball, lacrosse, and other sports. We also offer junior golf fitness training with TPI certified junior golf coach Tracy Chapman.

Training focuses on overall physical conditioning and performance rather than sport specific skills.

Time: Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:00pm – 6:00pm

Cost:   $13.75 per class with minimum purchase of $55 (4 classes)

  • Your child can work out 1 or 2 times per week on a monthly basis.
  • Space in the class is limited.
