Youth Fitness Program
Our goals for the youth strength & conditioning program are to enhance each young person’s physical and athletic development, improve their self-confidence, and encourage an active lifestyle. The program is great for those involved in soccer, baseball, softball, lacrosse, and other sports. In addition to helping improve their overall athletic performance the training also helps with injury prevention.
Our approach emphasizes fundamental movement skills: running, jumping, throwing, climbing, crawling, pushing, and pulling. In the younger age group the primary tool for the student will be their own body weight. Body weighted exercises plus dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells may be used with the older group. Additional tools such as jump-rope, climbing ropes, power wheel, jump boxes, jungle gyms, medicine balls, chin-up bars, and dip bars will be used.
Class size is limited to 15 participants to maximize instruction time, so register early as they fill up quickly. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

- Next class starts Feb 6 and continues thru March 28
- Class time is 7 – 8pm on Monday & Wednesday
- Age range for the class is 11-13. Girls and boys are welcome.
- Cost for the 8 week session is $224
