Small Group Personal Training

Small group instruction is an alternative to one-on-one training. Fitness By Design’s small group training offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate.

Whether it be for fat loss, general conditioning, or elite level athletics, the added motivation of having others working out in the same room with you pushes you to a new effort level. Train with friends, family, or co-workers! Start your own group or join an established group.

Small group personal training sessions are 1 hour in length. Custom designed workouts are tailored specifically to each small group. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals at an economical rate.

Small Group Personal Training Rates:

  • 3 people    $35/ hour per person    ($105.00)
  • 4 people    $30/ hour per person    ($120.00)

Small Group Personal Training Policies:

  • One month sign-up is required.
  • Payment is due at the beginning of the month for the number of training sessions scheduled.
  • Canceled sessions are not rescheduled or refunded.
