DIRECTIONS:

* Perform each movement for 30 seconds.  No break between movements.
* All 5 movements = 1 circuit
* Rest 30 seconds between circuits
* Repeat circuit 2-4 times

* Cherry Picker
* Alternate Toe Touch
* Split Jump
