OUR WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM – THE FBD CLEAN UP

You want to lose weight, but sometimes its hard to make a long term commitment to a class or program. We’ll help you get a great start to making a long term change.
There are no weekly meetings with the program, but it does require a serious commitment on your part.
Here’s what you have to commit to do:
- Watch an introductory video (click here for video)
- Follow the meal plan and keep a food journal
*we’ll tell you WHAT to eat and WHEN to eat it, and we’ll provide the food journal. - Exercise every day
- Weigh-in on Day 1 and Day 14
*weigh-ins happen at Fitness By Design
Cost for the program is $89 and includes all class materials and meal plans. Personal training and access to exercise equipment is not included in program. 2 additional books (food log and calorie counter) are highly recommended and available for a nominal fee.
