Slim Down is an intensive 8 week fat loss program designed to help each participant attain maximum fat loss.  Kara Paris, nutrition counselor and personal trainer, will share the in’s and out’s of proper diet and nutrition. You will learn healthy eating patterns and discover new ways to make changes in your lifestyle.

Weekly meetings last 45-60 minutes and include: weigh-in, instruction, individual progress review, and group discussion. The instructor is also available for phone calls between meetings to answer questions, address concerns, and discuss personal progress.

Program costs include full assessment body composition package (body measurements, fat%, and weight) at the beginning and end of the class. All class materials are provided, including food journal and calorie book.

The Slim Down program focuses on individual goal setting, creating a daily action plan, healthy eating education, food preparation demonstrations, and accountability. Daily self-monitoring, using provided materials, is required of all participants. Class size is limited to 20 participants.

When: Mondays, 5:45-6:45

Cost: $160 ($140 for returning participants)

(Includes: before/after Tanata Body Fat Assessment, weekly tracking of weight & body measurements, calorie guide, food journal, additional class materials)
