Clean-Up
The “clean up” program is an intense two week session intended to help you jump start your fat loss. We’ll tell you what to eat and you commit to a strict diet and exercise regimen for 14 days. At the end, you can expect to have dropped 4-8 lbs. Learn more here.
In addition to the Clean Up program, we offer one-on-one nutrition counseling in a private setting.
Personal Nutrition Counseling
One-on-one counseling provides you with a “nutrition action plan”. This plan will compliment your current exercise program by increasing your metabolism through eating more balanced meals and making healthier food choices. We provide you with the accountability necessary to achieve your goals.

The first consultation is 90 minutes and includes the initial assessment, FBD Food Journal, and Calorie Guidebook. Cost for the initial consultation is $120.00.
A trainer can meet with you weekly to hold you accountable, provide guidance, and chart your progress for a monthly fee of $140.00.
