We are endorsing movement, not brands. Below are some links for some of our personal faves to have at home. Which means, we will have you use it eventually, so why not beat us to the punch?

Resistance bands - take basic movements to the next level.

Workout timer app1 or app2 - FREE on your app store! Love ‘ em or hate ‘em, they hold us accountable.

Powerwheel - some clients call this the “Wheel of Death” (you know who you are.)

Suspension straps - there are many brands and price points, find the one that’s best for you

Dumbbells - shop Target, Walmart, Play it Again Sports, or if you want all weights in one, adjustable weights are a real treat.

Stability Ball - need a new desk chair? Want to practice good posture while seated?

Foam Roller - because we ALL get sore when we workout hard. Good for you! Stretch and roll out that stiffness.

Pilates Tools - just when you had an exercise down pat, try it again with a pilates ball or pilates ring and get even more out of that movement.
