Now, let’s get to the good stuff – what his clients say about him! “He is a kid in the shape of a grownup!” Drew is “an equal opportunity offender. He jokes with everyone and pushes his clients limits not only physically, but personally.”
You walk into FBD and find comradery and soft chatter among clients and friends, and then you hear it. A startling boom. A roar of sorts.
Jen Floyd comes to us straight from Olympic waters of Beijing where she was on the US Rowing National Team, participating in the 2008 Olympics.

Sharing the joy of our personal trainers, in a personal way. Staff members were given some questions to answer so that you can get to know them a little better. We know you love FBD and we love having you here! Besides the workouts that you get, we have a hunch that what keeps you coming back are the relationships and community you experience while you’re here. So in an effort to build on that, we want you to get to know a little more about the folks that keep things rolling. Sure, you see us. You probably even know our names. But we thought it would be fun to see another side of our trainers, as shared in their trainer feature blog.
