Tyler Tishchendorf, "T2"

Tyler Tischendorf, also known as T2, is strong as an ox and comes to us from University of Southern Indiana with a degree in Exercise Science.  He is sound in mind and strength.  He balances two jobs – as a trainer with FBD and as a Lab Technician at Advanced OrthoPro Inc where he modifies custom inserts and braces for prosthetics.  Wow, wow, wow.  Get him in the gym and you will be floored at his capacity to perform acts of strength. He can perform a whole workout with a weighted vest, perhaps to see what it’s like to weigh as much as the rest of us.

His mind is always going – even in his downtime!  As if working 2 jobs isn’t enough, his leisure entertainment involved psychological thrillers and criminology assessment as seen in his favorite book, movie, and binge watches: The Anatomy of Motive, The Departed, and Mindhunter.  So, my takeaway?  Don’t lie to this dude about how many reps you just did.  Just sayin’.  Actually, he would probably already know before you said anything.

T2 is the real deal, for sure.  He wants what’s best for you.  Easily relatable, he connects right away with who you are, where you are, and where you want to go.  He’ll motivate you to see your potential and challenge yourself to take the next steps towards achieving it.  Tyler’s go-to for his personal workouts are circuit/resistance training, running, and working on flexibility.  He loves building strength and supporting his clients to do the same.  His goal is to “create a comfortable yet motivational environment… assisting in making a lifestyle change rather than an exercise phase.”

To T2, being healthy means “finding a balance in exercise, nutrition, and relationships.”  But, I’m gonna throw him under the bus here, he could also be found eating is food and drink of choice, Chinese food and drinking beer.  You see… as cool as he is, he’s just like you and me too.

Tyler works clients in the early mornings and evenings and would love to meet you, as well as any of your friends wanting to be motivated to be their very best.
