Tyler Sult, Resident Matrix

Help us welcome Tyler to our FBD Crew.  Tyler is way more than the new guy with an incredible athletic history.  He’s crazy passionate for fitness, has great positive energy, eagerness, and experience to help others be their best.  You want to be his friend?  Get in line.   (Behind me.  No cutting, either.)

Even though his arms are about the size of my car tires, his bio questionnaire indicates that he’s pretty much a normal guy.  He loves his greek yogurt with granola & fruit and buffalo or BBQ chicken wings with ranch or a ribeye steak cooked to perfection.  You see, I told ya you’d want to be his friend.  He even calls himself a “nerd” since he likes watching Planet Earth episodes.

Yet he disguises his nerd-ness by saying his favorite movie is The Matrix.  You know, that futuristic movie where everyone is strong (but maybe not as strong as Tyler), can defy gravity and physics, and get power from their minds?  Yeah, sounds about right.  Tyler has tapped into the essence of The Matrix and became a trainer because of it.  “I was never the biggest, fastest or strongest... but once I decided the work my butt off and received some proper guidance... I really took off and was very surprised at how far I went. I want to be able to give that feeling of ‘I can do anything’ to each of my clients.”  He sounds just like the movie character Morpheus who says, “Neo, sooner or later you're going to realize, just as I did, that there's a difference between knowing the path, and walking the path.”

Now quoting Tyler, he believes “being healthy is all about finding a balance. Not everybody can work out every day or always eat perfectly. It is important to find your own rhythm and create a schedule that works for you to incorporate exercise, proper dieting, relaxation and some mediation to manage daily stress.”

“Unfortunately, no one can be told what The Matrix is. You'll have to see it for yourself.”  Find out more here, come meet Our Matrix, and schedule a time to let Tyler take you to your new reality of fitness.
