Mondays @8:30am “Intermediate Flow”
This class is a Vinyasa style flow, meaning we’ll be moving between poses more than a typical yoga class. The class begins and ends with breath work. Expect a thorough warmup, some flow, and holding a few challenging poses. Get ready to work and learn about your body. No yoga experience is necessary!
Wednesdays @8:30am “Gentle Yoga”
This is a Hatha yoga class. Expect to warm up the joints, then move on to a series of poses. We’ll be holding poses for 30 seconds to a minute. Expect lots of feedback and helpful cues. This class is great for beginners and reducing stress.
Fridays @ 8:30am “Functional Movement”
This class is not a traditional yoga class. It focuses on balance and mobility as we age. This class is a great partner to yoga or strength training.
