Why do YOU exercise?

There are SO many reasons to stay or get fit as we navigate life. What we like to do, need to do, have time to do…. each may be different at different times. One things is consistent: Fitness creates opportunities. Why do YOU exercise?

FBD is a professional, engaging, driven, and results oriented facility that will support you in your goals, no matter what they are. We are a community - that is built around our clients. We believe that you all are the BEST in the Indianapolis area, who provide support, motivation, and inspiration for those around you - in the gym and beyond. And we grateful for the opportunity to work with you.

Our trainers help build a strong structure too, each bringing different styles, talents, and backgrounds. Together with our clients, we are a terrific team.   • LISA - While visiting her sister's farm, "We spread stone today. Working out keeps me fit enough to do farm work.❤️it."

  • ADAM - Maeve is the newest addition to his family and he's "gotta stay fit to keep up with that one."

  • STEVE - "One reason I exercise is so I can play with my great-niece and nephew."

  • TYLER - "To be my best as a trainer and role model and to create great moments with my clients that bring about positive mental and physical change."

  • JOEY - His strength allows him to climb and experience beautiful trees, sights, movement, and relaxation.

  • JUDI - "My dad's fitness helped him beat colon and skin cancers, and strength training helps fight osteoporosis which runs in my mom's family."  

  • TYLER - A favorite quote says it all, “Work hard while the world is playing, so that one day you can play while the world is working.”

  • THADDEUS - A before and after pic reminds him of the physical strength and  overall wellness benefits of his training.

  • KARA - Her fitness allows her to have fun achieving her goal of doing a "half marathon in every state."

  • DREW -  Drew loves being active with friends and family - snow skiing is just one of the many ways he likes to play.
